The Iberia Innovation Hub joins the launch of the new All4Zero call for solutions, aimed at identifying and supporting technological innovations capable of accelerating the transition towards a more circular, efficient, and emission-free industry.

Through this initiative, Iberia helps identify emerging technologies and scalable projects that can be applied both in the aviation sector and across other industries, leveraging open innovation as a lever to transform production processes and reduce environmental impact.

In this edition, All4Zero is seeking solutions to address four key technological challenges:

  • CO₂ management: development of compatible materials and advanced measurement systems to optimize its transport, storage, and quality control.
  • Water circularity: solutions to harness rainwater and reclaimed water, minimizing water consumption in industrial processes.
  • Recycling and waste valorization: technologies to achieve circularity of polyurethane and other similar materials present in industrial waste.
  • Sewage sludge valorization: conversion into renewable fuels for use in industrial process furnaces.

Selected companies will have the opportunity to develop proof-of-concepts in collaboration with experts from leading companies, including Iberia, ArcelorMittal, Holcim, and Repsol. This collaboration will enable the validation of solutions in real environments and facilitate their scalability.

Since its creation, All4Zero has demonstrated the value of cross-sector collaboration in accelerating the path towards climate neutrality, consolidating an ecosystem that combines industrial expertise, technological innovation, and strategic vision. For Iberia, this effort connects directly with its decarbonization roadmap, which includes initiatives such as the adoption of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), operational efficiency improvements, and the integration of circular economy practices.

The call will remain open until October 1, 2025.
