Solidarity AVIOS
This initiative allows Iberia customers to donate their Avios in order to support an NGO of their choice that fights for child health, disadvantaged children and the integration of groups at risk of exclusion.
This idea was the winner of the first edition of Iberia Lab, the open innovation platform for Iberia employees. A surcharge proposed the idea that came to him after talking to customers on flights and thanks to this loyalty, more than 50 million AVIOS have already been donated to the NGOs with which Iberia collaborates.
Objectives

Allow customers, through the Iberia website, to learn about the NGOs with which Iberia collaborates within this program

Offer the opportunity to donate AVIOS to these NGOs
